Why now?
Base Camp attendance has grown 24x this year
With 12,408 attendees in Q1 2026 alone.
We're acquiring users at scale through Base Camp, but have no way to retain them
Without an in-app experience tied to the camp, we miss the chance to record every attendee's health data.
We're already investing another team's bandwidth and money into this — but not leveraging it for product growth.
We've already built the core infrastructure
EMR + Care Journeys already solve the digital needs of doctors and patients. We just need to add a new interaction type to gain a significant number of users.
