hello, i'm Sanjana

I am currently leading product strategy and execution for the healthcare pod in Loop Health, a series-B health tech startup.

I was given the role after driving a 60% increase in conversion for the appointment booking flow — the result of qualitative research that identified why first-time users were dropping off.

Since then, I've built the entire healthcare stack at Loop. In the last 2 years, I've realised there's nothing I enjoy more than building products that come together to form something greater than the sum of their parts.

I'm a product manager with a background in user research and digital marketing.

I've always been great at coming up with creative ideas, but my product experience has taught me how to discern which ones would actually work. My education in architecture also helped me develop an eye for good design — something that has turned out to be extremely useful in product work.

Outside of work, I am a reader, a writer, and an artist. I have a keen interest in internet culture and human behaviour — subjects I love to read & write about.

I've spent the last year getting over my fear of water, travelling, discovering new spots in my city, and getting back into writing again. I can also hold a 3 minute plank and do 3 chin ups in a row!
