•Also helps us store structured data to track patient health over time.

Consult Quality dashboard

•A dashboard for doctor scoring using a combination of parameters, to help the Clinical Ops team track doctor quality.

•Flags poorly performing doctors as well as top performers, using parameters such as consult duration, user rating, cancellations and waiting time.

Blood Intel

•A report analyser that also lets doctors run detailed report-review consults — using visual aids and long-term biomarker tracking to create awareness for patients.

Care Team tools

Tools for the care team to support patients, with capabilities such as:

•responding to health queries instantly

•tracking the status of health check-in calls

•booking appointments for patients

•sending follow-up reminders

•explaining prescriptions to patients
